How did we start?

GELP was established to emphasize the importance of career development and skill-based learning. In a rapidly evolving post-pandemic world marked by demographic shifts, economic changes, and technological progress, adapting through new skills is essential. This dynamic landscape has given rise to new careers, highlighting the need for continuous skill development. GELP bridges the gap between the leadership and soft skills taught in academia and those demanded by the workforce.
