Reflective Leadership Award — Neha Cletus, Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies
The winners were announced on GELP’s social media platforms on August 27th, 2022. The awards will be presented to the recipients at the Global Marketplace for Career and Skill Development multi-city tour, which will be held in India, from November 17th, 2022, to December 4th, 2022.
The Reflective Leadership, Community Leadership and Emerging Leader Awards promote merit in leadership development by recognizing individuals who attended the Global Virtual Summit, reflected on the pillars of effective leadership and, most importantly, articulated how they will incorporate one or more leadership pillars into their career development. The entries were submitted in the form of written reflections or video presentations. Thousands of reflection submissions were received and reviewed by the GELP Leadership Team and the GELP Awards Selection Committee.
“Award winners serve as inspirational leaders to GELP as they embody the core values of integrity, innovation, diversity, and community impact. We are so thankful to all our sponsors, campus partners, global speakers, and delegates who made the Global Virtual Summit for Career and Skill Development a huge success” stated Omar Karim, Founder and President of GELP.
The Global Summit for Career and Skill Development was held on June 24th, 2022. International delegates attended a half-day virtual conference where they engaged with leaders around the globe in an interactive experiential online environment. Over 1500 delegates across 15 countries in 4 different continents attended the conference. The Summit included 19 Global Speakers from around the world. This year’s summit theme was “Build your Story, share your Experience.” Award winners will receive a tuition prize and an invitation to the 2022 Marketplace for Career and Skill Development.
