The 2026 Leadership Accelerator

The GELP Leadership Accelerator is designed to identify and cultivate the next generation of leaders through a selective and inclusive process that prioritizes potential and growth mindset over academic achievement or previous titles. The program provides high school students in grades 10–12 with the practical tools, mentorship, and professional networks required to create a meaningful impact in their communities.

Internship and Scholarship

Top student will earn a $1,000 tuition scholarships and top 3 students will qualify for an exclusive GELP internship

Global Recognition

Top projects receive get to present them at the Global Virtual Summit (25,000+ attendees, 25+ countries)

Recognition and Certificate

Earn GELP Digital Badge and Certificate, which demonstrates your relevant skill development and is LinkedIn verified.

Collaboration and Industry Engagement

Collaborate with peers nationwide and engage with industry leaders through workshops, mentorship, and discussions.

The Schedule

This half-day virtual conference will allow delegates to engage with leaders around the globe in an interactive experiential online environment that will include keynote speakers, professional skill development workshops, networking and career development opportunities.
